Today was Stair Church Remembrance Service. Our Minister Rev Bill Johnston took the service assisted by Nan McTurk who did a reading.
We welcomed Councilor Sonia Penny who laid the wreath on behalf of East Ayrshire Council.
We also welcomed back to the church George McTurk, we were all pleased to see him back looking very well apart from the strapped ankle.

This week was our Harvest Sunday, the service was taken by our Minister Rev Bill Johnston. The children stayed in the main church during the whole of the service and took a big part in the service itself.
The church was beautifully decorated, many thanks to all who were involved both Saturday and Sunday. I would also like to thank all the people who distributed the offerings on Sunday afternoon.
This Sunday's service was taken by our Minister Rev Bill Johnston. We had quite a full church. Our Church Officer George McTurk had an accident in the Church Yard Monday last, he has broken his ankle quite badly, he is now out of hospital and getting along quite well. During the Service our new Youth group met, we still have not decided a name for the group, any ideas.
